• Digital Products: Non-refunded due to immediate access (withdrawal rights waived upon consent)
• Physical Products: Return within 14 days if unused and in original condition
• Return Shipping: Customer bears costs (€15–50, depending on size/destination) unless item is defective or incorrect
• Defective/Incorrect Items: Full refund or replacement, including return shipping
• Custom/Personalized Items: Not eligible for return unless defective
